Providing yet another indication that the sprawling Northern Gateway Community Collective development on Saukville’s east side is quickly taking shape, representatives of the Milwaukee-based Three Leaf Partners and Ansay Development Corp. of Port Washington cut a ribbon last week to signal the completion of the first building of The Daniels apartment complex seen in the background.
