Community Engagement

Our focus on the community is a staple of how we run our business. And while it starts with best practices in real estate development, it goes beyond this to where people live and work. We actively engage with, support, and provide leadership for a number of charitable organizations and causes. Our team is actively involved and commits their time to organizations that are important to the community and close to their hearts.

Pat Connaughton Foundation

Sports teach kids lessons that resonate with them long after their playing days are over. They learn translatable life skills such as hard work, teamwork, leadership, accountability, and discipline. Most importantly, they have fun. For these reasons, the Pat Connaughton Foundation is committed to making sports accessible to student athletes across the world. To date, the Pat Connaughton Foundation has built 4 basketball courts, they have 4 more in development, and plan to build 24 total courts. JDRF

JDRF works to find better treatments, preventions, and ultimately a cure for Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) and its complications through critical research. This cause is near and dear to our President, John Ford, as his son Carson was diagnosed with T1D at 13 months old. John and his fundraising efforts over the years have now officially crossed the $105,000 raised mark. To learn more about T1D research and to donate, visit www.jdrf.org.

So Long to Leukemia

To date, their fundraiser has raised over $315,000 which stays right here in Wisconsin helping patients and their families. This includes $1,000 in books donated for children and their families in the Blood Center Unit at Froedtert Hospital.
