Three Leaf Partners and Impact Seven Announce Closing of The Oaks on Maria in Stevens Point, Wisconsin

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Stevens Point, WI – December 10th, 2024 – Three Leaf Partners, in collaboration with Impact Seven, is proud to announce the successful closing of The Oaks on Maria, a transformative affordable housing development located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. This milestone represents our unwavering commitment to creating Impact Through Real Estate and innovative development, paving the way for high-quality housing that will serve local families and individuals.

The Oaks on Maria will provide 67 thoughtfully designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, reserved for households earning 30%, 50%, and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Strategically located near essential services, public amenities, and recreational opportunities, this community has been designed to offer more than housing — it’s a foundation for opportunity.

“The Oaks on Maria is a great example of how real estate can make a positive, lasting impact on communities,” stated Three Leaf Development’s Jessica Ganther, VP of Development. “This development will convert a vacant, underutilized site in the middle of an active corridor and provide brand new, beautiful, high-quality housing. The City of Stevens Point has been an incredible partner in this effort – they understand the necessity of providing homes that are attainable to households at every income level and have made that commitment clear throughout the entire development process.”

“Impact Seven is proud to be a part of bringing this affordable development to the Stevens Point community,” Impact Seven President & CEO Brett Gerber added. “We value our partnerships with Three Leaf Partners, WHEDA, WI DOA, US Bank, WEDC and CAP Services. Construction of these 67 units is another achievement in our company’s mission to provide safe, quality, affordable housing to the Wisconsin communities we live in.”
