Strategically, Three Leaf Partners decided to make an acquisition of the Honey Creek Apartments. It’s style, location and offerings were a perfect complement in our current portfolio.

Located just outside of Milwaukee in Wauwatosa, this newly developed apartment complex offers residents studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans.
