In collaboration with Impact Seven, this project will bring 67 thoughtfully crafted apartment homes to the heart of Stevens Point, converting a vacant, underutilized site into a vibrant community.
Set for completion in Spring 2026, The Oaks on Maria will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom units reserved for individuals and families earning 30%, 50%, and 80% of the area’s median income, ensuring that high-quality living is accessible to all.
IMPACT THROUGH DESIGN & PARTNERSHIP
This development represents more than housing, it’s a strategic investment in the future of Stevens Point. Located within walking distance of schools, grocers, employers, public transit, and Schmeeckle Reserve, The Oaks on Maria is rooted in convenience, connectivity, and care.
