Three Leaf Partners was proud to partner with Mandel Group to bring this modern-style apartment building to life. It boasts 141 units, over 6 stories and spares no detail in every unit and in amenities.
Each unit features designer kitchens, modern material choices & aesthetics, spacious layouts and beautiful city views. And, its capped off with a marquee fitness center, crossfit & yoga rooms and plenty of common area / entertaining space – just to name a few.
The building design brings a modern vibe to a historic part of Milwaukee. And, with the help of local artist Mauricio Ramirez, a one of a kind 6 story mural was painted of Selena on this building – to help evoke the rich Latino culture of the area.
As of December 2022, the project is fully leased. Not only does a development like this bring a much desired modern style to the area, but it also brought a $35 million dollar investment to the city.
