Westrock Residences, located on a tree-lined street in Hartland, WI, will feature a mix of apartments and townhomes on the former Palmer sand and gravel site. The community will have thirteen two-story buildings, a clubhouse, and ten detached garage bays. Open spaces and sidewalks will connect the buildings to the community spaces.
The community will feature modern amenities such as a large clubhouse with a fitness center and golf simulator, a playground, an outdoor swimming pool, and a pet exercise area. It also provides over two miles of public walking trails. Westrock Residences broke ground in October 2024 and is set to be complete in Spring 2026.
