Oh he’s doing well, well. Yeah, well! What is CJ McCullom like in business? You got some real estate. Shout out to Pat Connaughton too. That’s right. Pat Connaughton. He was the one that did a lot of real estate up there. Yeah, so long story short, I learned a lot from Pat just in his approach. This man has his own office, his own business. I think he’s up to 15 employees. He’s doing really well and his dad taught him a lot about real estate. Pat and I got some really good projects together. We had so many steam room conversations about real estate, what types of loans you should be getting, how do you approach the banks, business and structure, finance and long-term planning. I’m just, I’m happy to see that, went off on a tangent, but I just wanted to say shout out to my guy, Pat. I’ve seen a lot of real estate up that way. I didn’t know that he has such an influence. I think he’s got like a half a billion dollar portfolio. Yeah, I know. Well, I did not know actually. I genuinely did not know that until I saw all the projects. Oh, he’s doing well. Well, yeah. Yeah.
