My name is Christian Goad. My name is Jack Marks. My name is Monica Moltoff. And I just finished up my summer internship with Three Leaf Partners. No, no, no, I’m better than this. I feel like I could word that so much better. Redo it, redo it, inter, oh, redo it. I can do this now. Ha ha ha. Repeat the question. Is that an NDA type of thing?
If I had to describe the Three Leaf team in three words, it would be family, motivated and driven. Motivated, driven, and experienced. Achievers, determined, and impactful. Two people I want to shout out are Saul and Nick. They just really made me feel like I was a part of the team, valued, and that my work was meaningful. David and Saul right across from me. It’s been super insightful just watching them work on models and learning what they think about when they’re modeling and watching them work with Excel. Huge, huge, huge shout out to Jen. She was very helpful with our internship this summer, giving us projects, just being a great support system. Jen was absolutely amazing this summer.
My favorite feature of the office is probably the snacks in the kitchen. It would definitely be the basketball hoop. It’s always fun to get a few jumpers in every now and again. My favorite memory of the summer would definitely be working on the habitat for Humanity House. I think that was a really good way to give back to the community and do something I’ve never done before and it’s something I’ve always wanted to do.
Something that I’ll take away is definitely all the great connections that I made here. There’s a lot of great people involved in this company and I know even after my internship ends I’ll definitely stay in touch with everyone.
I would take away the art of achievement here, the desire to achieve, to win, just really being driven and being motivated to make an impact in the community. If I had to give advice to future Three Leaf Partners interns, it would be to say yes to everything, bring a positive attitude and mindset and get engaged with all different sides of the business while you’re here.
I would tell the interns for next summer that you do need to be open to doing anything and asking people if they need help, asking if you can sit on meetings. I would just like to say thank you to everyone with Three Leaf first.
I just want to thank everyone here for welcoming me into the team and making me feel like I was really a part of the company. I would say a special shout out to Joe, John Geigel, and Sarah, because you guys gave me the most projects, and a lot of them were super awesome to work on. Oh, I messed that up. That was so good. Ha ha ha. Ha.
