I just finished up my summer internship with Three Leaf Partners. I could describe the Three Leaf culture in three words. It’d be diligent, dedicated, inspirational, hardworking, motivated, and fun.

Collaborative, innovative, and purposeful. My favorite feature of the office is all the Diet Coke in the fridge. The championship wood table. The NBA Jam game out there. Boom shakalaka! A colleague that made me feel included and welcome here on the team was definitely Jen through our weekly meetings and always checking in on us. It would be Joe Stanton. He would keep me busy with different tasks to do. Very helpful throughout the entire internship. Mary Kay and Jen. Since day one, they made me feel welcome and made sure that I was comfortable with all the work I was doing. Thank you Mary Kay and Jen.

If I were to switch spots with anyone in the office it would have to be Derek. Nick Bickler. Definitely be David Louie because he always seems like he’s having a good time and is really good at what he does. It’d be Devin just because it would be interesting to learn more about the marketing side of things and I think you do a lot of work behind the scenes that a lot of people don’t really realize but it would definitely be interesting to see more of that.

Advice I’d give new interns coming in next summer would be Never say no to any projects I would tell them to say yes to any opportunity Thank you to everyone on the team for making me feel included Thank you so much to the entire Three Leaf team Thank you so much to the team Because I had such a great time and thank you for providing me with that.
