My name is Connor Zeznanski. My name is Grecelle Silang. My name is Jared Otarola. And I just finished up my summer internship with Three Leaf Partners. I would describe Three Leaf Partners team and culture as strategic, purposeful, and tight-knit. Collaborative, supportive,  and empowering. Supportive, driven, and fun. My favorite memory of this summer was watching a hole in one at the Pat Connaughton Foundation golf outing. The all staff meetings. All of the times we gathered in the lobby for birthday treats. My favorite project this summer was doing our first phase one analysis of a potential development opportunity. The secret shopper assignment made me realize how important the tenant experience is. I like to give a special shout out to Nick Bickler and Dan Romnek. Jen who always made time to check in on us weekly. David Luy and Daniel. Of course my two mentors Solomon and Jack. My favorite feature of the office is the championship conference table. Bucks Championships conference room table or the Three Leaf Partners project map that we have in the large conference room. Has to be the VIP room. This internship has taught me really what goes into development and completing a project from start to finish. Exposure to how different parts of the company work together. Something that I hadn’t considered would be the design and construction process. To learn what goes into the construction side of things. Project management. I think the construction part of the development is so important. One of the biggest takeaways that I took from this summer is being adaptable. Just coming in and being excited to work every day. Someone I noticed that did this right away was Devin. I feel like Pat Connaughton also has the same effect. Stay open and always be willing to learn. If I could swap roles with anyone here on Three Leaf, I would choose  Nick Bickler. John Ford. He gets to see a piece of land go from nothing to a building that can affect a community. Kelly Skeels.  She’s always smiling and laughing. Some advice that I would give to future Three Leaf interns would be to work on their soft skills and be responsive. Always say yes, never turn down a project. Never say no to any opportunity. Thank you Three Leaf. I couldn’t have expected a better summer. Thank you to the entire Three Leaf team for welcoming me with open arms this summer. This summer has been an amazing experience and I just wanted to thank all of the Three Leaf team for having us interns still involved.
