My name is Ninjin Tugsbayar. My name is Mary Arnett. My name is Brea Hoffarth. My name is Tyler Tagliapietra. And I just finished up my summer internship with Three Leaf Partners.
I almost messed it up. Let me redo that. Did I do it? Did I do it?
If I could describe Three Leaf in three words, it would be competitive, collaborative, and supportive. Kind, open-minded, and hardworking. Ambitious, reliable, and collaborative. Innovative, caring, and fun.
My favorite summer memory was going to Jersey Mike’s with Tyler on Wednesday for BOGO sandwiches. All the birthday celebrations and baby showers. The all-staff meeting.
My favorite project this summer has to be the phase one modeling. Financial modeling modules. Asset management reporting project. It was cool to dig into the financials of certain projects.
I would like to shout out Sol. He taught me a lot about the development process and was just really always there for us. And when we wanted to learn something, he would always explain it to us.
My mentor, Daniel, he was always so willing to help all the interns, and he sat us down and did financial modeling practice with us, which was super helpful.
My mentor, Jack Marks, he was always there to help me learn and answer some of the questions I had. He was really helpful. Shout out, Jack.
I’d like to shout out Dan. I think he did a great job of taking all the interns under his wing and showing us the asset management side and property management and everything like that. And he always brings a great energy to the office.
I think this internship has prepared me for my future career because it really taught me how to show up to work with a great positive attitude and be open to learning all the different things that there are to learn in real estate.
To be super particular when doing work and pay attention to the small details because they do matter, especially when modeling.
I would swap roles with Nick [surname unclear]. Swap roles with Joe. John, because I feel like it would be really cool to meet with different directors of cities and go out and tour sites. Matt or Pat so I could own the company for a day.
Some advice I would give the interns following in our footsteps next year would be to show up to work every day with a positive attitude and be ready to work. Be ready to learn from the team and ask a lot of questions.
Thank you so much to the whole Three Leaf team for being so welcoming and taking time to help us learn, and we truly appreciate it so much.
Thanks to everyone. I want to thank everyone at Three Leaf. Thank you. There we go. Thank you.
We’re done. Woo! Yay! We’re done!
