I’m most proud of the people that make up our team, the character of the people, both professionally and personally. I think they do, and our team does a tremendous job of practicing what they preach, making sure that they’re putting the interests of others before the interests of themselves to make sure that they’re finding ways to use their platform for more.

They’re pursuing excellence on a daily basis. The results are the results, but how do you continue to find ways to get better every single day, no matter what the results are, good, bad, or indifferent? And I think the type of person that we want to surround our employee base with really practices those principles, and I think that’s something that I’m most proud of, of them. They come in every single day excited to come to work, excited to collaborate with each other, excited to find new creative ways to have an impact on the community, and our joint venture partners, and to have an impact on each other.

And I think that’s the type of culture that we’re trying to build in Three Leaf. That’s the type of culture that the Milwaukee Bucks have built that I’ve been accustomed to and seen firsthand over the last five years. That’s what’s brought a championship to Milwaukee. That’s, in a cliche way, what we wanna do to try to bring a championship to Three Leaf with every single project that we do.
